SACRAMENTO, CA, January 13, 2004 – Hansen Information Technologies (Hansen®) is pleased to announce that Mr. Scott DeLuca has joined the company as Regional Sales Director of Hansen’s Northern Region (U.S.). Mr. DeLuca brings over eight years of sales management success in the government IT market including most recent employment as Northeast Regional Account Manager for Accela.
Based in Boston, MA, Mr. DeLuca is responsible for all sales, marketing and account management activities including the support of the regional Hansen installed base, new customer development, regional partner and channel relations, and management of regionally based account managers. Mr. DeLuca will report directly to Nick Phillips, Vice President of Sales.

With the recent announcement of Hansen’s financial acquisition, Hansen is the only true Government-ERP product on the market. This means that one solution can manage the general ledger, building permits, infrastructure assets, resources, code enforcement, activity-based costing (ABC), licensing, utility billing, tax administration, and constituent relationship management (CRM).
Mr. DeLuca is responsible for Hansen’s Northern Region, which will be comprised of two distinct territories with dedicated Account Managers. One territory will include the states of PA, NJ, DE, NY, CT, NH, VT, MA, ME, OH, and MI. The other territory will include the states of IL, IN, KY, WI, MO, IA, MN, ND and SD.
