Eskel Porter Consulting Helps City of Arvada, Colorado Go-Live with Hansen's Sewer, Storm and Customer Service Modules

RANCHO CORDOVA, CA, May 6, 2005 – Hansen Information Technologies (Hansen®) today announced the City of Arvada, Colorado, has gone live with Hansen Sewer, Storm, Customer Service and Fieldworks solutions. Hansen's Certified Consulting Partner, Eskel Porter Consulting Inc., was awarded a contract to provide and implement Hansen's software solution for their Public Works Department, Wastewater Division.

Eskel Porter worked closely with Arvada's Public Works Department, Wastewater Division to provide expert consultation that helped them determine Hansen's Version 7 and FieldWORKS as the best enterprise solution to enhance their sewer, storm and customer service operations. With a population of 103,000 citizens, the benefits of implementing Hansen for Arvada, will offer increased citizen satisfaction through improved automated workflows, office integration and tracking and processing of service requests. The contract calls for Eskel Porter to implement data conversion, GIS integration, and training and report development.
