Hansen Announces New Customer Relations Department to Help Customers Maximize Return and Minimize Risk

SACRAMENTO, CA, August 24, 2004 - Hansen Information Technologies (Hansen®) today announced the new Customer Relations Department, a combination of Hansen’s Consulting Services, Help Desk Operations and Strategic Projects as well as future Customer Care Programs. The new department has been formed to provide a focal point for the ongoing development and support of successful and effective long-term relationships with Hansen customers.
The overall goal of the Customer Relations Department is to provide Hansen customers with value-added services and support programs that can increase their ability to efficiently and effectively utilize Hansen systems and tools. Ms. Johanna Steans, a Hansen employee for 6 years and former Director of Consulting Services, will head the new department.
“By listening to our customers and getting to know their business needs and automation requirements, we are better able to provide them with the information and support they need,” said Johanna Steans, Director of Customer Relations. “Working closely with our customers also allows Hansen to optimize the business solutions and technical product support services we offer. Key objectives of the Customer Relations Department include:
- Providing value-added services and support to our customers
- Enabling our customers to have an effective voice in commenting about, and offering suggestions for, improvement and/or enhancement of our products and services
- Providing an efficient and highly responsive request and problem resolution program
- Using customer experiences and expertise to improve and develop our products and services in the future
