Flexible Licensing
Hansen's Licensing module manages all user-defined license types for businesses, trade certifications, to individuals from initiation through expiration. A wide array of business licenses can be custom-defined and established to fit how your municipality grants licenses. With Hansen's Trade Licensing, you can access and store the complete business profiles of all companies or contractors licensed to do business with your city or county. With the tight integration of Trade Licensing to other Hansen modules, you can check a contractor's status for a valid license or proper insurance, for instance, before the permit application is approved.
Easy to Configure
We designed Hansen's Licensing module so it would be easy for you to configure the conditions, requirements, and options for any type of license. You can set the number of renewals allowed, apply a grace period, or set the expiration date. The licensing process can include any combination of fees, conditions, reviews, and inspections. Fees will be automatically calculated based on any criteria you define, and can be collected with the built-in cashiering system. Finally, with the Licensing module, you can establish parameters for periodic inspections that will be automatically generated and tracked by the system.
